Sentry Insurance is seeking a Director of Casualty Claims to lead our commercial casualty claims operation. In this leadership role, you will oversee complex and high-severity claims, guide coverage and settlement strategy, and ensure consistent, high-quality claim handling nationwide. You will manage and develop a team of managers and adjusters, refine processes, and drive data-informed improvements that support profitability and customer satisfaction. Working in Sentry’s collaborative, integrity-driven culture, you’ll partner with underwriting, risk management, and legal while building a stable, long-term career with strong benefits and growth opportunities.
