• Conduct listing consultations and secure signed listing agreements
• Advise sellers on pricing, staging, preparation, and marketing strategies
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through closing
• Negotiate offers while protecting your clients' best interests
• Prospect consistently to build your listing pipeline
• Work closely with our marketing and operations teams
• Follow proven systems and accountability standards
• Stay informed on market trends and pricing strategies
