Personal Lines Account Manager

Our client is an independent insurance agency based out of Huntsville, Alabama. We are committed to serving the families and businesses that we protect by providing custom-tailored insurance solutions. Our culture is focused on continual improvement and innovation to ensure the best customer experience. We prioritize our clients' interests and strive to put them in the best position possible.

This is a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager role with hybrid flexibility in Alabama. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing accounts, providing customer support, and handling personal insurance policies. You will also assist with general customer service and contribute to the overall success of the team. Your key responsibilities may include:

Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewals
Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates with attention to detail
Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross sell opportunities
Provide responsive, solution oriented customer support via phone, email, and in person interactions
Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and follow compliance guidelines
Collaborate with Producers and team members to deliver a seamless client experience and support agency growth
