Field Case Manager

ForzaCare is hiring a Field Medical Case Manager to coordinate care for injured workers and return-to-work plans. The role requires an active RN or CRC license with a medical background in workers' compensation and travel to appointments as needed. Strong organizational, collaborative, and communication skills are essential.
