Chief Legal Officer for FinTech & Venture Growth

Sydecar

Sydecar, based in San Francisco or New York City, is seeking a General Counsel to lead legal and compliance across the business, with a focus on securities law and fintech regulation.

Reporting to the CEO and advising the CEO and VP of Product, you will ensure products comply with federal, state, and international standards while enabling innovative funding structures.

This hybrid role requires 10+ years of in-house experience, JD from ABA law school, and a practical, business-minded approach.
