Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, applying various therapeutic modalities as appropriate, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. \n
- Regularly assess and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans in collaboration with clients to ensure effective outcomes. \n
- Provide referrals to external specialists when necessary, ensuring continuity of care across the healthcare spectrum. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Connecticut. \n

- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. \n
- Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices for counseling and therapeutic interventions. \n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
