Hardware Design Engineer

Summary: Join a small, innovative engineering team working on cutting-edge hardware projects with autonomy and impact. We are seeking a mid-to-senior level PCB Design Engineer to take ownership of an existing project. This contract role is based in Portland, OR, with initial on-site work to establish team trust and rhythm. You will assume a high-responsibility role that requires minimal oversight and self-direction. Requirements: Hands-on experience designing circuit boards and PCBs from concept to completion Strong proficiency in Altium – schematics, layouts, documentation, and part selection Proven ability to independently drive hardware projects, preferably with some product ownership experience Ability to jump into an existing design and take over with minimal guidance Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude – someone who builds trust quickly #J-18808-Ljbffr
