Guest Experience Concierge
Highgate
Highgate is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador for our Las Vegas property to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting Front Office operations. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, room inventory, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
