$50–$75/hour, based on experience

Smilestones ABA is looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Fort Worth, Texas! This is a hybrid BCBA position, giving you a combination of in-person clinical work and remote flexibility.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Oversee ABA programming and make data-driven clinical decisions

• Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians

• Conduct parent and caregiver training

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate

• Collaborate closely with families and other members of the clinical team

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Ensure high standards of clinical quality and ethical care

• Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration

• Provide a combination of in-person and remote services based on client and program needs What We’re Looking For

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Ability to meet applicable Texas requirements for practicing behavior analysis

• Experience working with children and families in an ABA setting

• Strong clinical and leadership skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Passion for mentoring and supporting RBTs

• Commitment to compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services

• A positive, team-oriented attitude
