Order Picker / Warehouse Associate

Available Shifts

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, $18.00/hr

2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 5:30 PM-2:00 AM, $20.00/hr

Weekend Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 3:30 PM-2:00 AM, $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pack, label, wrap, and stage products for shipment
• Verify order accuracy and shipping information
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping, receiving, or production experience preferred
• Experience using RF scanners is helpful but not required
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the workday
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
