Pay Information $2,137 per week About The Position Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) that is licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of MA to work in the specialty area of SNF/LTC. This is a contract, 4x10‑day position. The role assumes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission, and critical goals of the organization into job performance. Minimum Requirements 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist specializing in SNF/LTC. Current Physical Therapist license within the state of practice.
