As a Special Education Teacher , you will connect and work one‑on‑one with students needing special support, developing personalized learning approaches that support their growth, progress, and success. Responsibilities Create a classroom environment that cultivates learning and engages students’ interests. Utilize direct instruction techniques to guide students through activities that promote social, physical, and intellectual growth. Current K‑12 Special Education Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe teaching certificate in the state of employment. Passion for teaching, helping others learn, and celebrating student success.
