Head of Global Continuous Improvement

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned manufacturing leader to own and continuously improve our client's global manufacturing operating system across multiple plants.


In this role, you will act as the global steward of the company's manufacturing system - systematically analyzing KPIs, identifying opportunities, driving standardized CI practices, and strengthening competency development. You will work with a lean global team while providing expert guidance and oversight to elevate performance across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the deployment, systematic improvement, and evolution of the company's manufacturing operating systems globally
• Conduct structured, logical assessments of manufacturing performance using KPIs and system reviews
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives and best-practice sharing across plants
• Oversee global competency development and training programs
• Monitor industry trends, attend conferences, and introduce relevant innovations
• Advise plant leadership on improvement opportunities while maintaining global standards and consistency
• Collaborate with global teams

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience
• Strong hands-on background in Continuous Improvement
• Proven track record in manufacturing systems, systematic problem-solving, and KPI-driven performance improvement
• Experience in training and competency development programs
• Ability to influence and drive change without direct line authority over plants
