Associate Civil Engineer

We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors for our Soquel, CA office. Qualifications California Civil Engineer license Interest in residential, commercial, and municipal site development and related infrastructure Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, meet deadlines, and work under minimal supervision Extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Position is onsite at our office in Soquel, CA with eventual allowance for one day a week remote work in the future Responsibilities Feasibility studies Roadway and infrastructure design Analysis and design of grading, storm drainage, storm detention/retention, water systems, and sanitary sewer systems Erosion control plans Permit processing Constructability analysis Quantities and cost estimates Bid document preparation Office tasks: coordination with clients, engineers, and architects Project management tasks: preparing proposals for new work and monitoring overall project budgets and schedules Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefit package including 401k matching program, bonuses, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave, and professional development opportunities 100% employer paid medical, dental, vision and disability insurance for employees and their families Eligibility for benefits based on hours worked for the company #J-18808-Ljbffr Bowman & Williams
