Board-Certified Dermatologist - Pearland, TX

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Setting: Outpatient Services provided by the clinic: Medical & Cosmetic Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Hair Transplant, and Skin Cancer treatments.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Board-Certified Dermatologist

to join our well-established clinic in Pearland, TX. This is a full-time opportunity at a busy outpatient practice offering a robust patient base, modern equipment, and a supportive clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have at least

2 years of post-residency clinical experience

and be comfortable managing high-volume caseloads. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive dermatologic care to a diverse patient population

Diagnose and treat skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, and more

Perform in-office dermatologic procedures as needed

Maintain accurate, timely documentation using

EMA

EMR system

Collaborate with clinic leadership to ensure high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements:

Medical Degree (MD)

from an accredited institution, and residency in dermatology.

Board Certified

in Dermatology required.

Texas medical license .

Minimum of

2 years of independent clinical dermatology experience

post-residency

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable with high-volume outpatient practice

Position Highlights:

Productivity Bonus:

40-50% of collections

Guaranteed base salary

Patient Load:

Average of 40 patients per day

Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

No weekend requirements

On-call responsibilities to be discussed during the interview

Start Date:

Expected within 2 months (including credentialing timeline)
