Strong sales confidence (membership sales experience is a big plus!)

Customer service background (retail, restaurant, or similar fast-paced environments)

What You’ll Do

Drive membership sales through confident conversations and education on dog health & wellness

Consistently hit and exceed key performance metrics (average ticket, rebook rate, add-ons, and retail sales)

Generate and follow up on leads to grow the membership base

Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer records efficiently

Handle daily cash responsibilities with accuracy

Deliver exceptional service by managing expectations, resolving concerns, and retaining memberships

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment

Support your team and take on additional responsibilities as needed
