MLOps Engineer

A rapidly growing health technology company is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to help scale the next generation of machine learning-powered products. This is a full-time remote opportunity focused on AWS, Python, ML infrastructure, and large-scale deployment systems. Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python development experience
• Production MLOps experience
• Expertise deploying machine learning workloads in AWS
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines for model deployment
• Distributed systems knowledge
• Infrastructure automation experience
• Monitoring, telemetry, and observability expertise
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments

Desired Skills & Experience:

• IoT or connected-device experience
• Kafka, Kinesis, or Flink
• Health-tech or wearable device experience
• ML platform engineering
• Cost optimization within cloud environments
• Real-time inference systems

• Tech Breakdown: 40% AWS Infrastructure, 30% Machine Learning Platform Engineering, 20% Distributed Systems & Data Pipelines, 10% Monitoring & Performance Optimization
• Daily Responsibilities: 75% Hands On Engineering, 10% Architectural Leadership, 15% Team Collaboration
