Pediatrics physician job in Louisiana :

A well-established private practice in Lake Charles, Louisiana is adding two BC/BE pediatricians to their team. This busy practice is adding pediatricians due to increased volumes and succession planning.

Opportunity Highlights

Joining 12 pediatricians, 1 pediatric NP, and 1 PA
Outpatient with well-baby newborn rounding
4-day workweek with rotating weekend coverage (open until 12pm on Sat/Sun)
Two practice locations have in house labs, x-ray, and pharmacies

Recruitment Package

Offering a salary guarantee with incentive compensation based on collections
Partnership track
$20,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance
Complete benefits package includes health/dental/vision insurance, 15 day vacation, CME days and CME allowance, all dues and licenses, malpractice insurance, 401k with 4% match, and more

Community of Lake Charles in Southwest Louisiana

Located 30 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and on the banks of the Calcasieu River in southwestern Louisiana is the city of Lake Charles. Home to roughly 80,000 people, Lake Charles is a growing city with a vibrant arts and cultural scene, tons of dining options that include chain restaurants, Bistros, Mexican cantinas, Asian BBQ restaurants, American BBQ restaurants, local bars and grills, and numerous Cajun inspired eateries. The area offers something for everyone including living on a freshwater lake, being minutes from the only white-sand inland beach along the Gulf Coast, golfing at one of several popular courses, hunting and fishing at the Creole Nature Trail, experiencing the performing arts theatre and symphony, and exploring the diverse museums. Lake Charles is 2 hours from Baton Rouge and 2.5 hours Houston, TX.
