- Income guarantee, $265,000 / year starting base. then $300-350k after year 1. Large catchment for 400k people

Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine
- Location Options: Longview or Tyler, TX (1.5hrs from Dallas)
- Alternative Option: Texarkana, TX (2hrs from Little Rock)
- 8 IM/FMs and 7 APPs
- Schedule – M-F 8:00am-5:00pm - flex schedule, 4.5 days in clinic
- 100% Outpatient
- Average Patient Volume: 14-22 patients per day
