What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality cardiac intensive care for adult patients with complex needs
• Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and operate advanced cardiac equipment including Swan-Ganz catheters and balloon pumps
• Administer medications, including conscious sedation, following strict protocols
• Perform IV starts, manage telemetries, and maintain patient safety during procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Floats within units of similar or lower acuity as needed
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (Epic experience required)

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• 2+ years of Cardiac ICU nursing experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, vents, Swan-Ganz, conscious sedation, balloon pumps, and PA lines
• Experience with electronic health records (Epic preferred)
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
