• Shifts run 5:00 PM - 5:00 PM with offsite call after morning rounding
• Census: 6 -- rounding on adult and pediatric patients
• Hospital setting -- no NICU on site
• Must perform well baby exams and stabilize newborns post C-section
• Backup to the ED in emergencies
• Vents required in emergent situations only -- very rare
• ACLS and PALS certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
