Role Overview Supervises and develops multi‑platform converged enterprise engineering solutions targeted to meet existing, enhanced, and new platform solutions for business and infrastructure services. Leads, directs or recommends cross‑functional teams targeted for system enhancements for performance, reliability, scalability and capacity. Evaluates product and service solutions. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise engineering solutions across multiple platforms. Lead cross‑functional teams for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity enhancements. Evaluate product and service solutions for infrastructure and business needs. Ensure system enhancements align with business objectives and technical standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. At least 7 years of experience in an IT environment. At least 7 years of experience with design, development, and support of technology infrastructure. Preferred Skills & Experience Hands‑on experience administering one or more NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Couchbase. Experience with database installation, security, risk, audit, monitoring, access control, backup/restore, patching, vulnerability management using automation tools such as Ansible. Experience on Linux‑based systems. Excellent documentation and articulation skills. Knowledge of deploying containerized databases in a Kubernetes cluster. Cloud certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Willingness to learn to administer cloud databases. Location Expectations This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
