Job Description Registered Dental Hygienist @ Exquisite Dentistry | Los Angeles, CA Exquisite Dentistry is a patient-centered, high-quality private practice in Los Angeles seeking a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist who cares about both excellent clinical work and a warm, unrushed patient experience. We’re looking for someone who wants to be a key part of the practice—not just “do cleanings and go home.” Your Role Provide thorough preventive and periodontal care at a high clinical standard Perform assessments, identify disease early, and support comprehensive treatment Educate patients so they clearly understand their oral health and recommended care Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients Take ownership of your schedule, reappointments, and contribution to hygiene growth Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to ensure coordinated, excellent care Who You Are Experienced, clinically strong and efficient without cutting corners Warm, patient-focused, and able to put people at ease Comfortable discussing disease, treatment, and home care in a clear, kind way Curious and open to new technologies, products, and approaches Proactive, accountable, and confident taking initiative A supportive team player with professional communication and high personal standards Compensation & Schedule $65+ per hour based on experience Incentive program tied to efficiency and practice growth Part-time, 24 hours/week, 8–53 days/week: Monday required; Wednesday and Thursday preferred (some flexibility for Tuesday) Benefits Paid vacation/PTO and paid holidays 401(k)/retirement plan after one year working 1000 hours Dental benefits Continuing education Uniform/scrub allowance If you’re an exceptional hygienist who enjoys connecting with patients, values quality over rushing, and wants to be part of a positive, growth‑minded team, we’d love to hear from you.
