Job Title: Product Manager III

Location: Mettawa, IL

Salary Range: $70-$75

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to translate strategy into structured, executable frameworks and operating models. The ideal candidate will design scalable workflows, templates, and repeatable process systems, develop clear business and operational requirements, and create artifacts and structured documentation systems for various audiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in translating enterprise frameworks into scalable operating models and workflows
• Ability to bridge strategy and execution through structured artifacts, requirements, and systems
• Proficiency in designing reusable templates, documentation, and operating models
• Experience in enabling cross-functional orchestration (Commercial, Medical, Access, Ops)
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in leveraging digital tools and AI to accelerate execution
• Experience in building governance structures and supporting change adoption
• Strong analytical structuring skills, including problem decomposition and prioritization

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Convert strategy into executable workflows and frameworks
• Design reusable templates, documentation, and operating models
• Define business and operational requirements
