Handyman Position

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and experienced handyman for general maintenance for one of our clients in the real estate and facilities sector. This position is key to ensuring the good condition of housing units, common areas, and other facilities through inspections, repairs, and general maintenance. Responsibilities of the position:

• Perform inspections and repairs in housing units
• Maintain common areas and facilities
• Execute basic carpentry, painting, masonry, electrical, and plumbing work
• Carry out general maintenance tasks in buildings
• Identify repair needs and report them appropriately
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Work as a team following established instructions and priorities
• Keep tools and work areas organized

Requirements of the position:

• Fourth year of high school completed (Required)
• Experience or knowledge in general maintenance
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (Required)
• Basic tools of your own
• Availability to work overtime and weekends when necessary
• Responsible, punctual, and with a good work attitude
• Ability to work as a team and follow instructions
• Basic knowledge in technical areas (carpentry, painting, electricity, or plumbing) preferable

Availability required:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Availability for overtime and weekends as needed
• On-site position

Compensation:

• $11.00 per hour
