Key Responsibilities:
- Direct overall restaurant management to maintain food safety, cleanliness, and product preparation standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee inventory and financial control systems, including local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant/store level management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze business records to drive sales growth.
- High cleanliness and organization standards.
- Ability to coach and give direction to team members and hold accountable.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling: day and night shifts, weekend, available.
- On-site work at a vibrant Subway location.
