Job Status: On-call demand, number of hours vary Location: Cottonwood County, MN Help create an amazing learning environment for young children! What You'll Do: Team Up in the Kitchen: Help with food prep and cleanup – keeping things organized and tidy. Stay Organized: Keep everything running smoothly with accurate and up-to-date record‑keeping. Add a Healthy Twist: Bring energy and creativity to health and nutrition activities that inspire kids to make healthier choices. Pitch In: Help out with light janitorial duties when necessary – teamwork makes the dream work. Promote the Program: Assist with implementing learning experiences and support recruitment/enrollment efforts to spread the word about Head Start. Prioritize Safety: Ensure a safe environment for everyone, every step of the way. Skills to Wow Us: You know your way around a computer. You’re a team player and can handle tasks on your own like a pro. Reliable? That’s your middle name! You’re up to speed on child development – or eager to learn. Problem‑solving and keeping the peace? Piece of cake! Education and Experience: Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma/GED and/or relevant experience.
