Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Mexico Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Client requirement: ability to work Monday through Friday schedule and provide care consistent with a long-term care/skilled nursing environment.
• Preferred: experience with geriatric populations, mobility training, and restorative nursing programs.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
• Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
• Guaranteed Hours: 38 hours per week.
• May be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed.
