Flexible CRNA in Ohio | Willing to License \n

Schedule Options: \n
\nFlexible scheduling; full-time and part-time considered\n
\n12-, 13-, 14-, and 16-hour shifts available (starting at 6:30a)\n
\n8s or 10s available for night or midday shifts only\n
\nMinimum commitment of 2 days per week preferred\n
\nNo call required\n
\nNo weekends required\n
\n
Assignment Details: \n

\n
• Medically directed care team model (1:2 or 1:3 ratio)
\n
• Broad range of surgical and procedural cases including General Surgery, Neuro, ENT, Urology, GYN, Trauma, Ortho, Vascular, Transplant (kidney/pancreas), Burns, Ophthalmology, and Endoscopy
\n
• No OB or open-heart cases required
\n
• Preoperative assessments, anesthesia planning, intraoperative management, and post-anesthesia evaluation
\n
• Perform airway management, emergency response, and anesthesia-related procedures
\n
• Work across multiple surgical and procedural service lines
\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience (no new grads)
\n
• Experience across multiple specialties (General, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Endo, etc.)
\n
• Must be comfortable in a medically directed model
\n
• Ability to perform arterial lines; central line experience preferred but not required
\n
