About the Position

Job Title: Pediatric CVOR RN Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10.5 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in PEDS CVOR RN License: RN License required Certifications: BLS & ACLS required Must-Have: - Minimum of 1 year of current hospital PEDS CVOR RN experience - Experience in Cardiac / Open Heart surgery Description: We are seeking an experienced Pediatric CVOR RN for a dynamic surgical environment. This unit features 8 operating rooms and a staff of 25 dedicated professionals. The primary focus is to manage the operating room, assist surgeons, monitor vital signs, and provide pre- and post-operative care for pediatric patients. The operating hours are from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, with a patient ratio of 1:1, estimated but not guaranteed. Candidates should be able to function in multiple service lines and have the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Additional desirable experience includes Pediatrics and CVOR/Cardiac experience. Successful candidates will prioritize patient care and maintain excellent communication with staff and providers.
