Program / Business Support Analyst

Location: On-site — DeKalb or Urbana, IL (with possible support to other Mid-Continent science centers) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Program / Business Support Analyst to provide administrative, coordination, and program-support services to a federal science organization. You'll keep projects on track, produce clear reporting, and be the organizational glue that helps scientists and managers focus on the mission. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support using standard office software (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, email) Prepare, maintain, and distribute correspondence, reports, manuals, training materials, and documentation Track deliverables, schedules, and task‑order activity; maintain automated tracking of personnel, due dates, and program data Prepare reports on cost, schedule, and technical progress; compile status updates and briefing materials Coordinate meetings, workshops, and logistics; record and document meeting results Support program coordination across technical, budget, and management stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr Akicita Cyber
