Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, offering an enriching experience that enhances your skills in dealing with a wide array of psychological concerns. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful connections with clients and positively impact their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory.

  • Possession of a current state licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

  • A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience is required, signifying your advanced understanding of counseling methodologies.

  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage documentation and records accurately and efficiently.

Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred, along with familiarity with telehealth services and digital platforms used in therapy. Compensation and Benefits\n
