Senior Tester

Responsibilities Bottleneck analysis for Performance and QoS domain—identify and debug bottlenecks preventing achieving product performance and QoS targets. Design of Experiments, execution and data analysis. Fixes and new feature/tool development to address bottlenecks and experiment results. Skill Requirements Debugging, data analysis, attention to detail, strong adherence to the scientific method. C/C++ development, Excel, Windows-based tooling, and AI assistance tools (Co-pilot/Claude). Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
