Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in the facility. Assist in training and mentoring junior mechanics as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in welding or mechanics preferred. Proven experience as a welder and mechanic, preferably in a rail or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of welding techniques and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
