Position Summary Begin an exciting leadership journey as a General Manager at IHOP. Minimum of 3‑5 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, including leadership roles. Proven track record of achieving business results, driving sales growth, and managing profitability. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
