Multi-Site General Manager Uptime Cooling Systems / Finger’s Cooling Systems - North Brunswick & North Bergen, NJ A strong operation needs someone who can see the whole picture - people, customers, inventory, processes, and the day-to-day details that keep everything moving. Uptime Cooling Systems and Finger’s Cooling Systems are looking for a Multi-Site General Manager to oversee operations across our North Brunswick and North Bergen locations. Backed by nearly 100 years of experience in industrial cooling system service and distribution, we’re continuing to grow while maintaining the quality and reliable service our customers depend on. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and helping teams operate at their best across multiple locations. In addition to $70,000.00 annually, you can expect: Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) Bonus opportunity An important leadership role within a growing, established business The opportunity to grow your career as the company continues to expand What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations across both locations, ensuring work runs smoothly and company processes are followed consistently Support employees, coordinate priorities between locations, and ensure teams have the parts, tools, and supplies they need Monitor shop performance and resolve operational issues before they affect workflow or customers Oversee inventory counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records Address customer questions, concerns, and service needs professionally and effectively Support administrative responsibilities, including daily deposits, recordkeeping, and home-office needs What You Bring Fluency in English and Spanish Management or supervisory experience, ideally in automotive repair, industrial parts, distribution, heavy-duty equipment, or a related field Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across two locations Experience with inventory management, reconciliation, recordkeeping, and basic financial tasks Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills The ability to travel between both locations as needed and work independently with minimal oversight #J-18808-Ljbffr Cooling Systems Caribe
