As the SoCal Market Lead, you will be a primary brand ambassador and closing engine for Pebble in Southern California. You will guide customers through every step of their journey from inbound inquiries and Virtual Basecamp walkthroughs to live product demonstrations at events. We are seeking an energetic, passionate sales leader who thrives in a high-consideration sales environment, excels at customer engagement, and can drive full pipeline management from lead to signed order.

Responsibilities & What You'll Own

• Full Sales Cycle & Pipeline Management: Manage all inbound sales channels (phone, email, chat) and work leads from initial contact through signed order with speed and precision.
• Customer Engagement & Demos: Greet prospective customers, host virtual Basecamps, and run in-person product demonstrations showcasing the Pebble Flow's unique features.
• Overcome Objections: Address key customer considerations around tow vehicles, trade-ins, and storage using Pebble's partner network and upgrade programs.
• CRM & Data Discipline: Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and pipeline progress in our CRM, contributing to ongoing reporting via Google Sheets or Excel.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal sales, marketing, and field operations teams to optimize lead handoffs and achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Event, Travel & Growth Support: Represent Pebble at regional events, pop-ups, and residency activations (20-30% travel required). Identify strategic partnerships, drive process improvements, research industry events, host "at-home" Basecamp experiences, and create new demand.

Requirements

• Sales Experience: 5+ years of experience in high-consideration, luxury, or automotive/EV sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across phone, email, video, and CRM notes.
• CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing pipelines, logging activities, and tracking leads in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
• Spreadsheet & Tech Proficiency: Proficient with Google Suite, Excel, and spreadsheet-based reporting tools; quick to learn new technical systems.
• Passion for Sustainability & EV Trends: Genuine enthusiasm for EV technology, sustainable travel, and Pebble's mission.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $100,000 $130,000 USD | OTE: $190,000 USD (Uncapped Commission) Benefits: Stock Options, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Unlimited Paid Vacation Policy.
