Schedule/Hours:

• 40 hours per week
• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts, with 6am start times; choose from five 8's, four 10's, or three 12's
• Block scheduling available
• 48 hours of call per 6-week period and one weekend per month required

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Michigan
• BLS certification required
• Previous OR experience is a must
• Demonstrated Cardiac Scrub proficiency
• Strong patient advocacy and teaching abilities
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive, compassionate care in the CVOR setting
• Apply the nursing process for effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Delegate, supervise, and document patient care activities
