CNA/Recreation Aide

Centers Adult Day Care seeks a compassionate CNA/Recreation Aide to support seniors and adults with disabilities in our structured day program. In this role, you will assist with daily living needs, health monitoring, and safe mobility while facilitating recreational and social activities that promote engagement, independence, and dignity. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, documenting observations, supporting meals and hydration, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, mission-driven care team focused on person-centered care, open communication, and respecting each participant and their family.
