Direct Support Professional: Mentor & Independence Coach
$21 per hourArc of the Ozarks
The ARC of The Ozarks Inc in Springfield, MO is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a 24 hours/week fixed schedule. Starting pay is $21.00/hour with experience pay available.
You will mentor, coach, and advocate for individuals with disabilities to build independence and community participation. Training is provided, and opportunities for wage increases exist based on performance and tenure.
