Computer Systems Analyst

Apply systems analysis expertise to help develop high-quality real-world inputs that improve how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform. This remote contract role supports a high-impact customer project through process analysis, technical problem-solving, and AI training data validation. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex computer systems and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements with diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Create detailed business process models using industry-standard methods to support system enhancements.
• Use SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data for process optimization and issue resolution.
• Diagnose technical challenges and recommend practical solutions that support ongoing platform development.
• Collaborate remotely with project managers, developers, and other professionals to deliver work aligned with customer needs.
• Apply domain expertise to design and validate AI training data and scenarios.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a closely related technical consulting role.
• Expertise in systems analysis, requirements gathering, and business process modeling, including methodologies such as BPMN or UML.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights.
• Proven success collaborating virtually on remote projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality outputs.
• Experience supporting technology-driven transformation or AI-related initiatives is a plus.
