Customer Engagement Associate- Entry Level

Job Description
TKO Management is looking for motivated individuals to join our Retail Customer Engagement team. This is an onsite, face-to-face position where you’ll connect directly with customers, represent our clients’ brands, and help drive leads through hands-on interaction and exceptional customer service. We provide paid training, leadership development, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers directly in retail environments, promoting telecommunication products
Create a positive customer experience through friendly, professional interaction
Assist with in-store promotions
Support daily sales goals and help expand customer outreach
Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership to meet objectives
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a people-first attitude
Positive, driven, and eager to learn new skills
Comfortable working onsite and engaging customers face-to-face
Team-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach
