Logistics Coordinator
Creative Metals Group (Chuangyi Metals Corp.)
Job Responsibilities Coordinate with freight forwarders and transportation companies to arrange shipments and prepare/forward related documentation. Handle and resolve unexpected issues that arise during the shipping process in a timely manner. Modify, update, and distribute shipping documents as needed. Compile and summarize shipment data and perform basic analysis. Maintain smooth communication and data coordination with the warehouse and finance departments. Qualifications & Requirements Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to use both languages as working languages. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Experience using inventory management software is preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics assistance is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
