TEAM MEMBER

PAY RATE: $12.80/hr

JOB SUMMARY
Urban Air is seeking qualified and energetic individuals for Court Monitor, Front Desk, Party Host and Café Positions. Applicants MUST have reliable transportation to and from the Park, and must have full weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday).

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

High-energy individual with excellent customer service skills
Previous work experience in retail or hospitality preferred, but not required
We encourage, but do not require, athletic-minded individuals to apply due to the physical nature of the business as all team members are required to perform to equal levels of performance.
Greeting and assisting guests to ensure a positive experience or greater.
Enforcing safety rules, including monitoring inflatable areas, trampolines, or other attractions, and guiding guests on safe usage.
Assisting with sanitation, cleaning, and maintaining a clean environment.
