Operations Assistant Manager – Turf Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations for our turf maintenance team. This role is responsible for managing technicians, scheduling, training, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting company growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day field operations and technician performance, managing scheduling, routing, and workflow efficiency, supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of new technicians, ensuring services are completed safely, accurately, and to company standards, addressing customer concerns and supporting service quality improvements, monitoring equipment, vehicles, and inventory, and collaborating with leadership to meet operational and growth goals.

Qualifications include prior experience in turf maintenance, lawn care, or a related field preferred, strong leadership and team management skills, knowledge of turf applications, spraying, and industry best practices preferred, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license.

Must pass background check and drug screening. Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
