Your responsibilities will include: Performing quality inspections of concrete and structural steel construction Inspecting reinforcing steel, formwork, anchor bolts, embeds, and structural steel installation Verifying work complies with project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements Preparing daily inspection reports and documenting inspection results Identifying non-conforming work and verifying corrective actions Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and project leadership to maintain exceptional quality standards What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of Civil and/or Structural construction inspection experience Experience inspecting concrete, structural steel, or both Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in an active construction environment Willingness to travel and work onsite in Childress, Texas Experience We Value We welcome candidates with experience in: Industrial construction Manufacturing facilities Commercial construction Heavy civil construction Power generation Oil & Gas Semiconductor Pharmaceutical Water/Wastewater Mining Transportation infrastructure Mission-critical facilities Why Join Our Team?
