Days: Monday - Friday Assignment Details:
Contract Length: 52 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 0 Requirements:
- Current nursing license
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing environment.
- Coordinate and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Assist with activities of daily living to support patient independence. Compliance / Notes:
- 10% salary placement fee.
- Drug screens may be required.
