Job Overview Location: 502 W 4th Ave, Toppenish, WA 98948, United States Pay: $41.62–$76.86 / Hour; additional $10,000 full‑time Job Category: Registered Nurse – Operating Room/Surgery Employee Type: Full Time Required Degree: 4 Year Degree Manage Others: No Responsibilities Evaluate and initiate appropriate care plans based on established standards. Provide patient and family education to support recovery. Regularly assess and document patient progress and responses. Coordinate care activities with other healthcare team members. Ensure accurate and efficient execution of physicians' orders. Communicate timely adverse or sudden changes in patient condition. Recognize and report adverse drug reactions. Effectively manage patient pain and utilize blood products as necessary. Safely and effectively use patient care equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Collaborate across organizational boundaries. Adhere to the core values and standards of the organization. Requirements Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Current RN license in Washington State. Current BLS certification. Fluency in written and oral English. Background check completion required. Position is safety‑sensitive; impairment during employment presents substantial risk.
