Visitor Experience Specialist

UMass Memorial Health seeks a Visitor Screening Ambassador to greet patients and visitors, provide information, and support a safe hospital environment. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure patient and visitor satisfaction while maintaining security and confidentiality. The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
