What You'll Do

As an In-House Electrician, you'll perform electrical work on residential restoration and reconstruction projects following water, fire, storm, and other property damage. You'll work closely with our mitigation and reconstruction teams to safely restore homes and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical repairs, installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide safe, code-compliant solutions
• Install, replace, and repair outlets, switches, lighting, breakers, panels, and wiring
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Construction Technicians, and Restoration Teams to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Provide exceptional customer service while working in occupied homes and businesses
• Assist with other construction-related tasks when needed

What We're Looking For

• Experience performing residential electrical work
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience
• Basic plumbing experience
• Experience in restoration, remodeling, or residential construction
• Ability to perform multiple skilled trades is a plus
